We purchased our Caldwell Farm home in the fall of 2005 and moved in the following January. When C.P. Berry Homes gives a two-year warranty, they mean it. Requested adjustments are made without question. During our pre-closing walk-through, we started to learn what it was like to have a builder with integrity. Their representative made note of several item needing correction that we did not even notice. (Yes, they were small items that, perhaps, we would not have noticed until long after the “moving dust” had settled, but they could have ignored them.) All of those items, and the ones we noticed, were addressed promptly so that our home was ready for us when the moving trucks arrived.

Our investment in our home at Caldwell Farm is well protected. That is good to know, because as we all have learned, unexpected or unforeseen things can happen. So with a great sense of security, we enjoy our home and beautiful community.

As CP Berry is "winding down" their involvment at Caldwell Farm, I wanted to make certain I acknowledged what a wonderful experience living here has been for Dede and me.

As members of Ipswich Country Club we always admired your work, but we did not want to leave the Newbury area if at all possible. You not only made it possible, we were able to stay in the same town!

You, Alan, and from a distance, Carl were just a joy to work with right from day one when we selected our location, right through our choice of options and upgrades.

We have been so impressed with the quality of construction. We can not hear our adjoining neighbor, our heating cooling and electric expenses are very low, and everything you have done has been engineered to keep long term costs down. The lifetime roof, special siding, and high tech waste treatment plant are all state of the art.

My experience with all of you has been enhanced by my position as President of the Condo Board. You have been so professional to work with, it has made my job so much easier. I think the most impressive thing about the experience is CP Berry's commitment to making right anything that has been an issue with our property.

You are also very good listeners. All of the "wish list" things our residents wanted have been incorporated in to your Topsfield project. The bigger kitchens, glass tiled showers, crown molding, and better sound systems are just a few of the things you have added.

As we are about to begin our 5th year at Caldwell Farms, I felt it appropriate to write to you regarding what a wonderful experience it has been for both of us.

From our first meeting with you and Karen, through the planning of our unit to its purchase and then through our last 4 years as residents, I can only say that the entire process has been fantastic. Our interactions with all of the contractors and employees of the C.P. Berry Group have always been extremely courteous and professional. It is clear that they all feel a continuing obligation to ensure that the homeowners remain completely satisfied. They continually go well above and beyond what would normally be expected.
