Things have been humming along at English Commons at Topsfield this summer. We've recorded four new sales recently and welcomed another excited couple to their new home at English Commons. So far in 2012 there have been 11 sales recorded, bringing the total number sold and under contract to 23 - nearly 50% of the total (of 49 homes to be built).

There are now thirteen homes occupied, with the most recent closing taking place in July. Please join us in welcoming Wayne and Denise Britton to their new home at English Commons. The Britton's moved to Topsfield from their home in Hamilton and are ready to enjoy the carefree lifestyle along with their new home and all of the gorgeous interior finish selections that they chose.

If you'd rather move right in, the Emerson Model Home (the last available one) is now for sale.
