The Davenport
Our most spacious home, the Davenport offers 2,500 +- square feet plus an optional lower level of 1,100 +- square feet. The first floor has a spacious living room with gas fireplace, dining room, powder room, kitchen, breakfast nook, master bedroom suite and a deck with Andersen® glass doors from the living room and master bedroom. The second floor has a guest bedroom suite and a large loft. Two car attached garage.
The Parker
2,100 +- square feet plus an optional lower level of 800 +- square feet. The first floor offers a spacious living room with gas fireplace, dining room, powder room, kitchen, breakfast nook, den/office and a deck with Andersen® glass doors from the living room and den/office. The second floor includes two master suites, both with whirlpool tubs. Attached one car garage, a second garage is available with most homes.
The Cromwell
2,200 +- square feet plus an optional lower level of 800 +- square feet. The first floor offers a spacious living room with gas fireplace, dining room, powder room, kitchen, breakfast nook, and a master bedroom suite. The second floor has a guest bedroom suite and a roomy den/office. Attached one car garage, a second garage is available with most homes.
