Situated about 5 miles south of the historic seaport of Newburyport, the 125-acre property boasts over 100 acres of dedicated open space including rolling meadows and woodlands along the Parker River salt marsh part of the 20,000 acre Great Salt Marsh. Walking trails traverse the land and meander through the vast open salt marsh meadows, which extend to the Atlantic Ocean. The Parker River National Wildlife Refuge and the Parker River salt marsh are considered among the finest preserves in the country covering several thousand acres - this setting offers unsurpassed serenity for the residents of Caldwell Farm.
